Account Terms
-You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.
-You must be an individual. Sharing of accounts is not permitted. If we suspect abuse, you agree to provide us with a copy of your car's title.
-You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address and any other information we request from you.
-You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with your security obligations.
-You are responsible for complying to a good code of conduct and answering any and all questions to help our staff assist you.
-You may not use this Service for any illegal or unathorized purpose. You must not, violate any laws in your jurisdiction by using this Service.
-We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
-A valid credit card is required to use this service.
-We use Plimus to process your payments.
-If you choose to subscribe, you'll be billed on a monthly basis. Emergency service is a one time charge.
-The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There'll be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused. In order to treat fairly, no exceptions will be made.,
-You are entitled to cancel at any time(no questions asked). Please allow 24-48 hours to process your request.
-There is a 30 day activation period for subscription, during which you won't be able to use the service.

Modification to Service and Prices
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service(or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice will be posted prominently on the homepage.

You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any other third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

General Conditions
-Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis, and we shall not be liable for any damages you incur. We and our suppliers and licensors expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fintess for a paritcular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the service, and you rely on the service at your own risk. Any material that you access or obtain through our service is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through or from our service, will create any warranty not expressly stated in this agreement. -Support is provided to paying account holders only and is only available via email.
-You understand that we use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage and other technology required to run the Service.
-You must not modify, adapt or create a website so as to imply that it is associated with the Service without express written permission from us.
-Verbal, physical, written or any other abuse (including threats of abuse or threats of retribution) of any one of our customers, employees, members, or officers will result in immediate account termination.
-We do not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of our Service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through our Service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
-You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, reputation or any other intangible losses(even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resultnig from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or service purchased or obtained or messages recieved or transactions entered int othrough or from the service; (iii) unathorized access to or alternation of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
-Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service, shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreemnts between you and us(including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Services).
-Enforcement of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the Service will lie in the state and federal courts located in Essex County, within the State of New Jersey, and you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
